General rules that apply to all play
These rules apply to every bet, spin, hand and round placed on our site, on desktop and on mobile. They sit alongside our Terms & Conditions and our bonus terms, and each game's own rules apply in addition to them.
We hold a gaming licence and verify the identity of our account holders. Play is for customers aged 18 or over only.
- One account per person. You may hold one account in your own name, and bets may only be placed with the funds in it.
- Real-money and bonus balances. Your account can hold both; the game and the cashier show which balance a stake is taken from, and the bonus terms set the order in which funds are used.
- Bets are final once placed. A confirmed stake cannot be cancelled, changed or returned, and a round cannot be replayed because of a change of mind or a misread paytable.
- Stakes must sit within the limits shown. Minimum and maximum stakes appear in each game, and any limits you have set on your account apply on top of them.
Check the stake before you confirm
Autoplay keeps a stake active for several rounds. Because a placed bet is final, double-check the stake level and the number of rounds before you start.
How bets and spins are settled
Every game runs on a remote game server. The screen in front of you displays the result the server has produced; it does not decide it. Where the display and the server record differ, the server record is final and your balance is corrected to match it.
- You select your stake and confirm the bet in the game.
- The stake is taken from the balance shown in the game.
- The game server generates the outcome of the round.
- Any win is calculated from that game's paytable and credited to your balance.
- The settled round is written to the game history in your account.
In-game rules and paytables
Each game has its own information or help screen, setting out the paytable, the bet lines, how features are triggered and any maximum win that applies. Those rules form part of the rules of play for that game.
Return to player
The return-to-player figure for a game is shown in its information screen. It is a long-term theoretical average across many rounds and does not describe what a single session, round or feature will return.
| Information | Where to find it |
|---|---|
| Paytable and symbol values | The game's information or help screen |
| Return-to-player figure | The game's information screen |
| Stake range and bet lines | The stake selector and help screen |
| Your settled rounds | The game history in your account |
Malfunctions, disconnections and open rounds
A malfunction voids all pays and play. If a game, feature or display behaves in a way it is not designed to, the affected rounds are void, stakes taken in those rounds are returned to the balance they came from, and any amount credited in error is removed.
- Disconnections. If your connection drops mid-round, the round stays open on the server. When you reopen the game, an unfinished round either resumes where it stopped or settles automatically, depending on how that game is built.
- Unresolved rounds. A round that cannot be completed is settled on the server record of the outcome, or voided and the stake returned where no outcome was produced.
- Incorrect pays. Where a result, a bonus credit or a balance is wrong because of a technical fault, we correct it and tell you what changed.
- Games taken offline. A game may be withdrawn at short notice; any open round is settled or voided before it closes.
If a game freezes
Close the game and open it again from the lobby rather than placing the same bet twice. Your game history shows whether the round settled, and live chat can check an open round for you.
Bonus funds and promotional play
Bonus funds, free spins and other promotional credits are governed by the terms of the specific promotion, together with our general bonus terms. Where those terms and these rules differ on a point about a bonus, the bonus terms apply.
- Maximum stake while wagering. A maximum stake per round applies while a wagering requirement is open; the figure is shown in the terms of the promotion.
- Game contributions. Games contribute to wagering at different rates and some are excluded, as set out with each promotion.
- Order of play. Where you hold both balances, the game and the cashier show which balance a stake is taken from.
- Restricted play. Low-risk or hedged patterns used to clear a wagering requirement, such as covering most outcomes of a table game, may void the bonus and anything won from it.
- Expiry. Unused bonus funds and free spins expire at the end of the period stated in the promotion, and expired amounts are removed from your balance.
Live casino and table games
Live tables are hosted by a dealer and run to the game-specific rules shown in each table's help screen. Those rules cover the bets available, the payouts and how irregularities at the table are handled.
- Dealer decisions. The dealer's call on a round, and the table's own record of play, are final.
- Late bets. Bets must be confirmed before betting time closes. A stake not confirmed in time is not accepted and stays in your balance.
- Misdeals and irregularities. A misdeal, a wrongly placed card or a result that cannot be read is handled under the rules of that table, which may mean the round is void and stakes are returned.
- Table limits and seats. The stake range for each table is shown before you join, and seats may be released if you are inactive.
- Conduct at the table. Live chat is moderated, and we may remove chat access where it is used to abuse a dealer or another player.
Questions about a result and disputes
If you think a round has been settled incorrectly, contact us as soon as you can. Write to support@casino-hustles.co.uk or use the live chat on the site, and tell us:
- The name of the game or live table, as it appears in the lobby.
- The date and time of the round, including the time zone you are in.
- The round or game reference shown in your game history.
- The stake you placed, the result the game showed you and the result you expected.
We check what you report against the server record of the round and come back to you with what we find. If you are not satisfied, our complaints procedure sets out the next step, including referral to the alternative dispute resolution provider named there.
Play is for adults aged 18 or over. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from your account at any time using the tools in your account settings.
