Cookies Policy

What cookies are and why we use them
Cookies are small text files that a website asks your browser to store on your computer, phone or tablet. On your next page load, or your next visit, the site can read that file and recognise your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, tags and pixels, do much the same job and are covered by this policy.
We use them for four broad purposes: to run the site and keep your account secure, to see how the site performs, to remember the settings you have chosen, and to measure our advertising. Only the first of those is strictly necessary. For the rest we ask for your consent in the cookie notice before the cookies are set, and you are free to change that choice later.
We also hold a gaming licence and verify the accounts we open, so a small number of cookies support age and identity checks and help us detect fraudulent use of the site. This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy, which sets out how we handle personal data more generally.
The types of cookies we use
The table below summarises the four groups. The notes that follow give plain examples of what each group is used for. We do not list individual cookie names here because they change as the site is updated; the current list is shown in the cookie notice.
| Cookie type | What it does | Set only with your consent? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Signs you in, protects your account and the cashier, and keeps the site stable | No, these are needed for the site to work |
| Performance and analytics | Counts visits and reports faults so we can fix them | Yes |
| Functionality | Remembers settings such as language and notices you have closed | Yes |
| Marketing | Measures our advertising and limits repeated adverts | Yes |
Strictly necessary cookies
These keep the site usable. They sign you into your account, carry your session safely between the lobby and the cashier, record that you have passed our age and identity checks, and spread traffic across our servers so that pages load. Without them you could not log in or deposit, so they are set without consent.
Performance and analytics cookies
These tell us how the site is being used: how many people visit, which pages are opened, how long pages take to load and where errors occur. The reports we see are aggregated, and we use them to fix faults and make the site faster.
Functionality cookies
These remember choices you have made so that you do not have to make them again, such as your language, whether sound is on or off, the layout you prefer, and messages or notices you have already closed.
Marketing cookies
These measure whether an advert led to a visit or a registration, and they help limit how often the same advert is shown to you. Where we advertise with partners, their cookies may be set through our pages once you consent. We do not use marketing cookies to promote gambling to anyone who has taken a time-out, self-excluded or asked us to stop sending marketing.
How long cookies last and who sets them
Cookies fall into two groups by lifetime. Session cookies are deleted as soon as you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device for a set period, or until you delete them, so that the site can recognise your browser on a later visit. The lifetime of each cookie is shown in the cookie notice.
Cookies are also split by who sets them:
- First-party cookies are set by this site and read only by us.
- Third-party cookies are set by the providers we use for analytics, advertising and parts of the site such as payments and game content. Those cookies are governed by the provider's own notice as well as this one.
How to manage cookies
You can control non-essential cookies in two places: the cookie notice on this site, and the settings in your browser.
In the cookie notice on the site
When you first open the site you are asked to accept all cookies, refuse all non-essential cookies, or choose group by group. You can reopen the notice at any time from the cookie settings control in the footer of any page and change your choice, including withdrawing consent you gave earlier. Your choice is stored in a cookie, so clearing your cookies will cause the notice to appear again.
In your browser settings
Every current browser lets you manage cookies, usually under its privacy or site settings. From there you can normally do the following.
- Delete the cookies already stored on your device, either all of them or those set by one site.
- Block all cookies, or block third-party cookies only while still allowing first-party ones.
- Allow or block cookies for a single site, such as this one, and leave your other settings unchanged.
- Clear cookies automatically each time you close the browser, so nothing is kept between visits.
- Browse in a private window, which clears the cookies set in that window when you close it.
The exact wording differs between browsers and between phones and desktop computers, so use your browser's own help pages for step-by-step instructions. Settings apply only to the browser you change them in, so you will need to repeat them on each device you use.
What happens if you block or delete cookies
You can use parts of the site with non-essential cookies switched off, but blocking cookies altogether will stop the site working properly. In particular, the following can happen.
- You may not be able to sign in, stay signed in, or reach the cashier to deposit or withdraw.
- Age and identity checks may fail or have to be repeated, which can delay access to your account.
- Settings such as language, sound and layout will reset every time you open the site.
- Some games and pages supplied through our partners may load slowly or not at all.
- The cookie notice will keep appearing, because the record of your choice is itself a cookie.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies
If strictly necessary cookies are blocked, we cannot keep your account secure and you will not be able to play or manage your balance. If the site stops working after a settings change, allowing cookies for this site is usually the fix.
How to reach us about cookies
If you have a question about this policy, want to know what a particular cookie does, or think something on the site is not behaving as described here, contact our support team by e-mail at support@casino-hustles.co.uk or through the live chat on the site. Please tell us the browser and device you are using, as that helps us look into it quickly.
We update this policy when the cookies we use change or when the site changes. The version published on this page is the current one, and the date it took effect is shown with it.
18+ only
You must be 18 or over to hold an account with us. You can set deposit limits, take a time-out or self-exclude from the safer gambling area of your account, and GamStop lets you exclude yourself from licensed online operators in Great Britain. Free, confidential support is available from GambleAware, GamCare and the National Gambling Helpline.
