These Bonus Terms and Conditions apply to every promotion we run at Hustles Casino, including welcome offers, deposit matches, free spins, cashback, loyalty rewards, tournaments and any credit we add to your account as a goodwill gesture.

Each promotion also has its own terms, published with the offer and in the cashier. Those terms set out the qualifying amount, the wagering requirement and how long you have to use the offer. Where a promotion term differs from a rule on this page, the promotion term applies to that offer.

Who can claim an offer

• You are 18 or over and the account is registered in your own name and at your own address.
• Your account has passed our verification steps and the payment method you use belongs to you.
• You hold one account only. Offers are limited to one per person, household, device and payment method.
• You are resident in a country where we accept customers, as shown during registration.
• You are not self-excluded with us, registered with GamStop, or in a time-out or cooling-off period.
• Your account is open and not suspended, and your marketing preferences allow us to send you offers directly.

We hold a gaming licence and verify accounts, so an offer can only be claimed, played and paid out on an account that has completed those checks.

Most offers need an action from you before they are credited. The steps shown in the cashier for each offer will usually be:

1. Go through the terms published with the offer so you know the qualifying amount, the wagering requirement and the time limit.
2. Opt in on the promotions page, or enter the code shown with the offer, before you deposit.
3. Deposit at least the qualifying amount with an eligible payment method. Some methods are excluded from deposit-based offers and the cashier shows which.
4. Check that the bonus funds or free spins appear in your account before you start playing.
5. Use the offer within the period stated. Anything left unused when that period ends is removed.

If you deposit less than the qualifying amount, or miss an opt-in step, the bonus will not be credited and we cannot add it afterwards. If an offer you expected does not appear, contact us before you place a bet, as we cannot restore rounds already played with cash funds.

A wagering requirement is the total amount you need to stake before funds from a bonus can be withdrawn. It is shown as a multiple of the bonus, the qualifying deposit, or both. The figure that applies to you sits in the terms of each offer, and your progress towards it is tracked in your account.

Contribution rates differ between game types, so slots, live tables, card and table games and jackpot titles are treated differently. The contribution details for each offer are published with it, and stakes placed on excluded games do not count towards wagering.

Your cash funds and bonus funds are displayed separately so you can see which are in play, and the order in which they are used is shown in the cashier. Winnings from bonus funds are held as bonus winnings until the wagering requirement is met, at which point they move to your cash balance.

• Requesting a withdrawal with wagering open removes the bonus and any winnings from it. Your cash balance is paid out as normal.
• Forfeiting an offer can be done in the cashier at any time. Your cash balance stays and the bonus is removed.
• When an offer expires, unused bonus funds, unspent free spins and any unconverted bonus winnings are removed.
• Where a maximum conversion applies, anything above the cap stated in the offer terms is removed when the bonus converts.

Withdrawals are paid to a verified payment method in your own name, normally the one used to deposit. We may ask for documents before a first payout and hold the payment until those checks are complete.

Offers are for customers playing for entertainment with their own money. We monitor play and transactions on promotional funds and may withhold or void an offer where an account shows any of the following:

• More than one account held by the same person, household or device, or accounts acting together to claim the same offer.
• Play designed to clear wagering with little risk, such as covering most outcomes of a table game or staking both sides of a market.
• Stakes above the maximum bet, or play on games excluded from the offer.
• Automated play, software that interacts with the games, or use of a fault in a game or on the site.
• False, borrowed or incomplete registration details, or payment methods that do not belong to you.
• Deposits that are charged back, disputed or made with funds that are not yours.

Where we find misuse, we may void the bonus and any winnings from it, restrict or close the account, and exclude it from future offers. Your own deposited funds are returned, less any amount we are required to withhold. Each case is looked into individually using our records of play and payments.

We can add, change, suspend or withdraw an offer at any time, and we can amend these Bonus Terms and Conditions. The version published on this page is the one that applies to new claims.
